We have a number of projects already under way and more in the planning stages:

  4. Access Pipeline, Devon Energy/Meg Energy (30” line $200M) (announced)
  5. Provincial Funding approved $26 million for new Regional Water Line from Boyle to Wandering River via Grassland.  June 10, 2010
  6. Hwy 63 twinning, Ft McMurray to Hwy 55(5 km north of Boyle)
  7. CN Rail completes upgrade to Ft McMurray in 2010
  8. Aspen Regional Business Park, 80 acres, 11 lots, 4 sold; 1 km N of Boyle
  9. Regional water pipeline Colinton to Boyle and Water Treatment Plant, Completed September 2009 and Commissioning Nov 2009 (November 26, 2009 News Release)
  10. Al-Pac completes $40M ‘wood room’ modernization (2007)
  11. A&B Oilfield new office/shop & yard Hwy 55 and Al-Pac connector
  12. Boyle Co-op Grocery 14,000 sq. ft. store opened Oct ‘07
  13. Enbridge 400+ man camp for Forty Hills Pipeline, 2011
  14. Gateway Estates -27 lot Country Residential development adjacent to Boyle completed November 2008.  Annexation approved January 2009.
  15. New Ball diamond & parking lot
  16. 27 stall RV Park, water & power - Boyle RV Park open April 15 2010 to October 15, 2010, $15.00/day,
  17. Skateboard Park & Outdoor Rink. Completed fall 2009.
  18. Proposed Annexation of 6 quarter sections for industrial/commercial growth adjacent Hwy. 63 in the process to be completed in the summer of 2010
  19. Alberta Energy Corridor local office open June 1, 2009.

  21. $3.5 Million BCF-CC, RInC and MCFP Grants,  Major Energy Efficient Upgrades for the Millview Recreation Complex (Arena) and Boyle Community Centre.  Grant Information.
  22. Williams Energy begins 12 inch pipeline from Fort McMurray to Redwater with 1500 man camp Winter 2010.
  23. New Development - Commercial Buildings Downtown.
  24. Portage College CAP-SITE Boyle School March 2010. Portage College is considering Boyle for a Heavy Training Center - College Campus.
